We stand in the middle of a bistro where our regular guests meet those who have just found their way to us.

Silvie Vilémová and Renča keep the direction, the calm, and make the calls when needed.

Zuzka is the heart of the kitchen — sometimes a little wild, sometimes stressed, but always giving it her all.
Maria is the steady presence at the stove, and Uli is the strength in prep, holding everything together even when it feels like there’s no way it can all get done.

Great coffee and warm service are brought to you by Anita, Alex, Nela, and Nátlaka — talented, kind, smiling girls who take care of you every single day.
